The work

- Diagnose commercial air-conditioning faults and carry out breakdown repairs.
- Complete servicing and maintenance, with a focus on reliable, well-finished work.
- Work independently or alongside an apprentice, depending on the job.
- Help junior technicians with more complex faults and repairs.
- Keep customers and the service team informed of progress and follow-up work.

What you’ll bring

- Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
- Strong practical experience in commercial HVAC servicing, diagnostics and repairs.
- The confidence to work through faults independently and ask for support when needed.
- Clear communication, reliability and pride in your work.

We’re interested in what you can diagnose and repair, rather than a rigid number of years on your CV. Tell us about the systems you’ve worked on and the faults you’ve solved.

Start times vary with customer access and overtime depends on workload. Site requirements include police checks and Blue Card requirements. We’ll discuss licences, site access and working arrangements with you during the process.
