As a Maintenance Supervisor you will lead two technicians on site and be expected to have an Electrical License.

Here is a snapshot of your day:

- Responsible for the engineering technician and ensure statutory compliance and both planned/reactive maintenance delivery for the site.
- Ensure that SLAs and KPIs are achieved for operational delivery for both Reactive and Planned Maintenance activities.
- Management of the supply chain including sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Provide technical and operational support to the engineering team




- Support the Site FM, as needed for the site location.
- Provide outside of normal hours support in the case of call out/escalation as part of an on-call roster
- Generation of extra works through site walk arounds and communication with sub contractors
- Ensuring QHSE documentation is maintained and readily available.

Ideal Candidate:

- Candidate must have an Electrical license.
- Strong understanding and experience of a technical discipline (trade qualified) with experience in maintaining FCU's/VAV's
- Demonstrable experience in a similar customer facing role with medium sized business.
- Previous experience of using a CMMS or CAFM system.
- Solid organisational and communication skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
