We’re Lincoln Brothers, a family-run electrical business based in Taren Point.

Most of our work is in the Sutherland Shire, but we also take on jobs right across Sydney, including the CBD, and down to Wollongong.

We’re growing rapid. Our work has picked up a lot this year and we’ve just landed a big industrial job in Caringbah, a 29 factory unit development. We need another qualified sparky who can run jobs and help us build the team.

The team
We’re a tight crew and we look after each other. No egos, no yelling across site. Everyone pitches in and the work gets done properly.

We have regular toolbox talks so everyone’s on the same page.

We get together outside work too. There’s a golf day mid-year,



and if you start now you’ll be at our Christmas party at Randwick races.

Apprentices learn from the qualified guys, and the qualified guys get backed by Dale and Bryce. If you’ve got ideas on how to do things better, we want to hear them.

What you get

$50–55/hr, paid for every hour you work

$1,000 sign-on bonus

RDOs

Fully stocked company van you can take home, for use after hours and on weekends

Overtime if you want it, but we won’t make you. We want you to have a life outside work.

iPad with simPRO, Groundplan and our training resources, so no paperwork at the end of the day

Training on solar, batteries and EV chargers

A real path into a supervisor role as we grow

What we need

3+ years as a licensed electrician

Experience leading a small crew or an apprentice

Valuable with customers

Solid fault finding

Driver’s licence, White Card and a Working With Children Check (or happy to get one)
