RT Health is seeking a Member Services Consultant to join our Contact Centre team in Sydney. You will be the first point of contact for members and stakeholders, handling queries about membership, payments and claims over the phone.

This permanent full time role offers hybrid working in the Sydney CBD. You will deliver outstanding service and ensure a positive experience for members while maintaining knowledge of our products, operations, rules and benefits.
