Pomona Distilling Co is seeking outstanding chefs to join our team as we grow. We operate multiple concepts—from Pomona Smokehouse and Distillery Restaurant to Providore, Barrel House and Cask—so no two days look the same.
We welcome applicants across the spectrum, including apprentices, junior chefs, CDPs, sous chefs and kitchen leaders. A Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Diploma of Hospitality is preferred, and sponsorship opportunities are available for the right candidates.
