Role detailsThe Collinsville Multi-Purpose Health Service is seeking applications for an Allied Health Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.For information on how to apply and the mandatory requirements for this role, please refer to the attached Role Description.Your opportunityTo work as a member of a trans-disciplinary Allied Health team, delivering clinical services to clients in the Collinsville Multipurpose Health Service, covering a range of clinical conditions, complexity and age groups. The team provide clinical care in person and via tele-heath.About the TeamCollinsville Multipurpose Health Service is in the Whitsunday Regional Shire in the town of Collinsville, approximately 86km southwest from Bowen, a journey which takes approximately one hour from Bowen.The Collinsville Multi-Purpose Health Service (MPHS) consists of Hospital services, an Aged Care beds and Community Health with a private General Practice on site. The Collinsville MPHS has an eight (8) bed acute inpatient facility and an emergency and outpatient service. In addition, there are seven (7) Aged Care beds,



Medical Imaging with a local licensed operators and a visiting radiographer, a range of Telehealth services and ambulatory care including allied health, child health and women's health services.About our Hospital and Health ServiceMackay Hospital and Health Service has 6 hospitals, 2 multi-purpose health services and 4 community health centres that employ more than 3,500 staff.
