PRO Radiology is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Radiology Administration & Client Services Officer to join our friendly Operations team. This is a varied and fast-paced role where you'll work closely with our radiologists, clients and Operations team.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinating radiology reporting workflows and study allocation
- Supporting clients and radiologists
- Monitoring report turnaround times and urgent reporting priorities
- Verifying and distributing radiology reports
- Medicare billing, invoicing, batching and receipting
- General administration and operational support

About you

- Previous radiology administration experience
- Medicare billing and MBS knowledge – essential
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Solid attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to support the team
