Our client, a leading sheet metal manufacturer based in Bells Creek in the sunshine coast, is looking for an experienced Customer service person to join their exciting and dynamic team! An Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required to be considered for this position
What will you do?
- Answer customer queries through phone calls and emails
- Process orders from multiple channels (phone, email, website)
- Manage customer back orders
- Work closely with warehouse, production and sales team

- Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sphere
- Ability to learn recent processes quickly
