We are looking for a reliable and skilled Baker to prepare a variety of breads, pastries, cakes and other baked goods. The ideal person works clean, and can produce consistent quality for our customers.

Key responsibilities

Prepare, mix, knead, and bake breads, buns, pastries

Weigh ingredients, prepare doughs, fillings, and icings

Check quality, taste, texture, and presentation; maintain consistency

Handle gluten‑free products separately to avoid cross‑contact, clean surfaces, label correctly

Operate mixers, ovens, proofers, dough sheeters safely

Manage ingredients, check expiry dates, order flour, yeast, butter, etc.

Follow Food Safety Standards, HACCP, clean work area

Work with kitchen team, communicate shortages, help during rush hours

About you

Training will be provided

Knowledge of bread fermentation, pastry techniques

Physically fit - able to lift 15-20kg flour bags, stand for long hours
