- - Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to regularly update and promote our packages and special offers
- - Utilise reservation management software to track bookings, payments, and cancellations accurately
- - Work closely with our operations team to ensure that all reservations are confirmed and all necessary arrangements are made for customers' travel needs
- - Provide exceptional customer service by efficiently and effectively resolving any issues that may arise before, during, or after a trip
- - Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer information to ensure smooth operation and efficient communication between all departments
- - Assist in the development and implementation of recent processes and procedures to improve the reservation booking experience for both customers and staff
