Wellways Australia is seeking a Senior Peer Worker for Connected Care to mentor and guide our peer workforce across Tasmania. The role focuses on strengthening peer practice, fostering inclusive team culture, and delivering recovery‑oriented care with lived experience insights.

You will support peer workers to ensure high‑quality, participant‑centred outcomes and coordinate daily operations across multiple sites in Launceston, Burnie or Hobart.
