We are looking for an experienced Fibreglass Fabricator to join our fabrication team. This is a hands-on manufacturing role working with fibreglass/GRP materials to produce quality components to drawings, specifications and customer requirements.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the fabrication, finishing and assembly of fibreglass components within our workshop, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Fibreglass fabrication, laminating and finishing
- Preparing moulds and surfaces
- Cutting, shaping and fitting fibreglass materials
- Applying resin, glass fibre and other composite materials
- Grinding, sanding and finishing completed products
- Working from drawings, measurements and specifications
- Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintaining a clean and safe fabrication area
- Working as part of a small, experienced fabrication team

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

- Previous experience in fibreglass, GRP or composite fabrication
- Practical hands‑on manufacturing skills
- Ability to read drawings and follow specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good understanding of workshop safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable work ethic and positive attitude

Experience in PVC fabrication, pipework, civil products or industrial manufacturing would be highly regarded.
