QUALIFICATIONS

To join Viva Leisure as a PT, you are required to hold the belowas updated and valid:

- ABN
- CPR
- First Aid
- Fitness Registration (our preferred provider is FITREC butother providers such as Fitness Australia are acceptable)
- Certificate IV in Personal Training
- Insurance (professional indemnity cover up to $5,000,000 &Public; Liability up to $10,000,000)

To ensure a high quality of service to ourmemberswe provide our Personal Trainers with initialand ongoing support , including;

- A comprehensive induction program and ongoing professionaldevelopment
- Potential client leads and access to an existing clientbase
- Business support systems
- Opportunities for additional work running Small GroupFitness classes,



as well as hours available assisting on GymFloor or Member Service
- Ongoing business planning and packaging
- Internal and external marketing
- Support to help you build a great PT business
