You will partner with the Store Manager to deliver an elevated customer experience, drive commercial results, and guide a high-performing team who embody the Nude Lucy spirit.

You’ll own daily operations, rostering, stock, and visual merchandising while coaching colleagues to meet KPIs and uphold brand standards.
