This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are necessarily the same. You will be assisting customers over the phone and face-to-face, handling general customer enquiries, supporting daily operations and helping ensure our customers receive friendly, efficient service. The successful applicant will be organised, adaptable and confident working both independently and as part of a team.

- Previous experience in a customer service role, with a solid focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong computer skills and confidence using everyday business software.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A pleasant, professional telephone manner and friendly face-to-face approach.
- A high level of reliability, punctuality and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
