The Company is seeking a Sales Executive with a focus on Microsoft Business Applications. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering technically innovative solutions to enhance customer experience. The role involves generating business revenue through the acquisition of current clients and the expansion of existing business. Key responsibilities include collaborating with Business Development Associates to identify strategic targets, building and managing corporate partner relationships with Microsoft, and creating joint target account strategies that lead to new business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft technologies, at least 5 years of experience in a sales environment, and a proven track record of leading bid and deal teams.Candidates for the Sales Executive position should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field,



with a preference for Computer Science, MIS, or a related discipline. Certification in CX-related Microsoft disciplines is a plus, or the candidate should have the knowledge and experience to become certified. The role requires a professional with at least 3 years of experience partnering with Microsoft across multiple commercial teams and a deep understanding of the technical concepts related to the role. The candidate must be adept at developing consultative selling relationships, have strong negotiation skills, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve desired outcomes. The position demands a proactive individual with the ability to assess customer challenges, develop account plans, and ensure client satisfaction through successful implementations.
