An established, well-regarded IT services business within a global group is hiring a Business Development Director for Queensland. The last person in this role was promoted to a more senior position.

The package

- $200K base + super + uncapped commission from the first dollar
- A handsome training and L&D; budget
- Company card with a client entertainment budget
- Brisbane-based, 2 days in the office, 3 out with clients

Your leader

Businesses are made and broken by their leaders, and this is a great one. You’ll report to a Sydney-based leader with 20+ years in the industry, a fantastic reputation and a lot of people who genuinely like working with him. I’ve known him for a few years, and it’s a pleasure to recruit for him. Supportive rather than a taskmaster,



but you’ll be held to account and challenged in the best way possible.

You

- Brisbane-based, with established QLD government ICT relationships
- A track record selling IT services or consulting
- Senior enough to open doors on your own name
- Recruiters with QLD government department accounts, welcome too
