The Hoxton in Melbourne is launching its first Australian hotel, and we are seeking a Director of People & Culture to lead the people agenda from the ground up. You will build the function, shape policies, and partner with the leadership team to drive culture and performance.

Lead a high‑volume pre-opening recruitment campaign, ensure compliance with the Fair Work Act and Victorian awards, and champion wellbeing, OH&S;, and community initiatives.
