Linx Finance is seeking an ambitious, commercially minded Asset Finance Broker to join our business in New South Wales.

This is an opportunity for an established, mid-tier broker who has an existing client portfolio, understands how to generate business and wants to take their results to the next level.

We're open to candidates across NSW. Whether you're based in Sydney, Western Sydney, Newcastle, the Central Coast, Wollongong or a regional centre, we're interested in the quality of your experience, your relationships and your potential to grow.

With an $80,000 base salary plus incentives and first-year OTE potential of $250,000–$300,000, this role offers an opportunity to build on your existing business with the support of an established finance brokerage.

You’ll bring the relationships and commercial drive. We’ll provide the platform, lender access and operational support to help you grow.

Key Responsibilities

- Growing and managing your existing client portfolio
- Generating new business through referrals, networking and proactive prospecting
- Developing relationships with business owners, suppliers, dealers, accountants and other referral partners
- Identifying asset and equipment finance opportunities
- Understanding client requirements and structuring suitable finance solutions
- Managing your pipeline through to settlement
- Building productive relationships with lenders and industry partners




- Working closely with the Broker Support team to deliver a strong client experience
- Generating repeat business and referrals
- Taking ownership of your business development activity and commercial outcomes

About You

You're a relationship-focused, commercially driven finance professional with a proven ability to generate business.

You have established yourself in asset finance and are looking for an opportunity to grow your portfolio, strengthen your referral network and increase your earning potential.

You'll ideally bring:

- Experience as an asset finance broker or in a closely related asset finance origination role
- An existing client portfolio and professional network
- A demonstrated ability to generate and convert business opportunities
- Experience working with SMEs and commercial clients
- Strong networking, relationship management and negotiation skills
- Commercial awareness and a practical understanding of asset finance
- A proactive approach to pipeline management and business development
- The motivation and discipline to build sustainable results

We're looking for someone in the middle stage of their career: experienced enough to have an existing portfolio and a track record, but still ambitious, growth-oriented and hungry to succeed.





This is a business development role for someone who wants to build a portfolio, not a junior position or a senior management appointment.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a broker who already has a foundation in asset finance and is ready to build on it.

Your focus will be developing and growing a portfolio of SME and commercial clients, generating new business and building referral partnerships across your market.

You’ll work with businesses across industries including construction, civil, transport and logistics, agriculture, manufacturing, trades and industrial sectors.

You’ll have the flexibility to develop your local market while drawing on Linx Finance’s lender panel, systems and dedicated Broker Support team.
