HCF is seeking an experienced Workday specialist to lead the administrative, configuration and optimisation of Workday HCM and Security. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across People & Culture, Payroll and Risk to deliver complex changes from discovery to deployment.
In this role you will manage security, access reviews and governance, assess Workday releases, and develop a roadmap that aligns technology with workforce objectives.
