We're on the hunt for an experienced, reliable Plant Equipment Operator to join our crew on a casual basis. This is a hands-on role where you'll be running plant on site and helping move materials and equipment between jobs. The work covers vegetation management, mulching, and supporting our waste facility operations. If you know your way around the gear and take pride in doing the job right, you'll fit straight in.

Key responsibilities

- Operate excavators, Posi-Trak, and tractors across a range of vegetation management and mulching tasks
- Carry out mulching, clearing, and vegetation management works
- Load, cart, and move plant, materials, and green waste between sites
- Support day-to-day operations at our waste facility and on various job sites
- Complete pre-starts, basic maintenance, and safety checks on all equipment
- Work safely and productively as part of a small, tight-knit crew

About you

- Experience operating an excavator,



Posi-Trak, and tractor
- Relevant tickets/licences for the above plant
- Current unrestricted HR (HC ideal) truck's driver licence
- Construction White Card
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work unsupervised
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
- Experience around waste facilities (desirable)
- Unrestricted HC licence (preferred)
