Immutable is hiring a Growth Lead to design and build the system that generates our commercial pipeline. You will own strategy, processes, tooling and outcomes, reporting to the CEO.

You will define how we identify, engage and convert studios, build AI-driven workflows at scale, and shape outbound and inbound motions. This role sits at the heart of driving growth for Immutable in a rapid-moving industry.
