AECOM is seeking a Principal Civil Engineer in Sydney to lead and deliver multi‑disciplinary infrastructure projects across defence, transport, energy and land development. You will bring deep technical capability, steer design quality, and manage budgets and programmes.

Based in Sydney and working across NSW, you will mentor teams, build client relationships, and guide delivery from early engagement to completion with a focus on secure, sustainable outcomes.
