The Company is seeking a Commercial/Corporate Lawyer to join its Office of General Counsel. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that handles a wide range of corporate and commercial arrangements, agreements, regulatory issues, and litigation.

Key responsibilities for this role include drafting and negotiating various contracts and commercial agreements, providing legal advice on tender documents and client service offerings, and managing potential disputes. The ideal candidate will have experience in negotiating general commercial contracts, exposure to corporate law matters, and a proactive, commercial approach to problem-solving.



Applicants for this role at the company should be admitted lawyers with a current practicing certificate and possess strong drafting and negotiation skills.
