GSK Worthing is seeking a Packaging Technology Project Lead for a 24-month secondment/FTC to deliver the packaging workstream within the Worthing Packaging Project. You will lead technical development for blister formats, packaging materials and change controls, while coaching 1–2 Packaging Technologists.

Based at the Worthing site, you will coordinate trials, qualification and validation activities, manage risks, and collaborate with MSAT, Operations, Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure
