Brunel is seeking an experienced Estimator to lead cost estimation across commercial construction and refurbishment projects in Australia, from tender through handover. You will prepare detailed estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions, review drawings and contracts, and manage subcontractor pricing to drive value.
You will need robust Australian experience in commercial builds up to $10M, with meticulous attention to cost control and collaboration with project teams for successful outcomes.
