Rabmconsultancy is seeking a Finance Manager/Finance Business Partner for our Parramatta site. You will partner with the Plant Manager and Site Leadership Team to steer financial performance, provide commercial insight, and lead the monthly close, budgeting and forecasting processes.

You will manage the site finance team, oversee standard product costing, capex planning and financial controls while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability in a manufacturing workplace.
