Cooper Grace Ward is looking for a Senior Associate to join itsLitigation and Dispute Resolution team.
The role
You will act in commercial disputes for businesses andindividuals across Australia. Our team is known for significant,high-profile disputes, including corporate and shareholderdisputes, building and construction litigation, regulatory mattersand complex skilled negligence claims. We also act in a broadrange of other commercial matters, often for clients we have workedwith for many years.
You will have day-to-day conduct of and responsibility for yourmatters, working closely with the partners, who stay closelyinvolved throughout. You will have regular client contact, yourwork will be visible and there is real scope to build your profileand practice.

About you
- At least 5 years' post-admission experience in commerciallitigation, ideally at a top-tier or leading firm
- Broad civil and commercial litigation experience
- Strong technical, drafting and advocacy skills
- Sound judgement and demonstrated ability to run matters dayto day
- A hands-on approach and a willingness to do the workyourself, as well as working with other team members
