As an experienced Bid Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse, high-value pursuits across Australia and international markets, helping shape the continued growth of The BUSY Group.

Reporting to the General Manager – Global Tenders, you'll work alongside senior leaders, subject matter experts and teams across the organisation to turn opportunities into compelling, competitive bids. You’ll be involved from strategy through to submission, giving you genuine influence over how we pursue new markets, services and partnerships.

This is a permanent, full-time position based at our Fortitude Valley office with a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

You are an experienced bid professional who enjoys the challenge of turning complex opportunities into clear, persuasive submissions. You’ll bring:

- Proven expertise leading end-to-end bid management
- Exceptional writing, strategic thinking and project management skills
- The ability to bring together diverse contributors and drive a bid towards a common goal
- Resilience and sound judgement when balancing competing deadlines and quality
- Analytical and commercial thinking that helps identify what will make a submission competitive
- A genuine connection with our purpose of making education, skills and employment more accessible
- Ability to obtain a police check with no disclosable outcomes and Blue Card.
