What's the Role?

Working closely with experienced Partners, you will advise a diverse insurer client base across a broad range of defendant insurance matters. Your work will include:

- Public liability litigation
- Managing litigation through negotiations, mediations and court proceedings
- Developing litigation strategy and providing commercially focused advice
- Building strong client relationships while managing matters from commencement through to resolution

Who Should Apply?

The firm is ideally seeking a Senior Associate or Special Counsel (5+ years PAE) with experience in defendant insurance litigation, particularly across public liability or broader general insurance matters.
