BJAK is seeking a Technical Lead to own the technical direction for Web, Mobile and Azure Platform Modernisation. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for designing systems, writing code, and driving critical engineering work from idea to production.

You will own technical direction for major products, mentor engineers, and guide architecture decisions while balancing speed, reliability and cost. This remote, globally distributed role requires solid English communication.
