This is a true Scrum Master role and it is important that candidates have operated as a dedicated Scrum Master previously.

THE ROLE

- Establish and maintain Jira boards, workflows and Agile frameworks to support effective delivery.

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning,



daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.

- Coordinate multiple teams, ensuring priorities, dependencies and delivery milestones are clearly understood.

- Work closely with software development teams to monitor progress, remove blockers and maintain accountability.

- Challenge teams constructively where delivery commitments or timelines are at risk.

- Improve Agile ways of working, team collaboration and delivery transparency.

- Partner with stakeholders and leadership to communicate progress, risks and issues.

- Work alongside a supportive manager to drive Agile delivery across a key program.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master role.

- Experience working with Software Development teams

- Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

- Experience establishing Agile frameworks, processes and ways of working.

- Demonstrated ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and coordinate multiple delivery teams.

- Confidence holding teams accountable, including software development teams, for commitments and outcomes.

- Solid stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.

- The ability to identify delivery risks, manage dependencies and keep teams focused on priorities.
