About the roleAs the Manager Outpatients, Optimisation and Reporting, you will lead a diverse administration team and oversee the delivery of high-quality outpatient and ambulatory services across TPCH. You will combine strategic leadership with operational expertise to ensure services are safe, efficient, patient-centred and financially sustainable.About youOur ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, continuous improvement, workplace safety, and patient and family-centred care, ensuring alignment with Metro North Health strategic objectives, values and service priorities.Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with executive leaders, clinical service directors, administration managers, and internal and external stakeholders to support service delivery, workforce capability, and organisational objectives.Lead the strategic and operational management of outpatient, ambulatory, procedural, diagnostic and associated administration services, ensuring efficient, consistent and high-quality service delivery in accordance with legislative, regulatory and organisational requirements.Provide expert leadership in the design, implementation and evaluation of innovative service models,
