#### V&V; EngineerBarton, ACT 2600Full Time#### Job descriptionComplex Defence programs | Maritime & Land Systems | Excellent growth | NV1 required Your new companyAn exciting opportunity has become available to join a leading Defence organisation experiencing significant project growth and expanding capability scope.You'll join a highly capable multidisciplinary engineering team working across complex Defence platforms and mission systems, with excellent career development prospects, solid future project exposure and an attractive remuneration package.Your new roleWorking within a multidisciplinary engineering environment, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing Verification, Validation, Integration and Test & Evaluation (T&E;) activities across complex Defence systems.Your responsibilities will include:Developing and maintaining Verification & Validation Plans (VVPs)Defining verification strategies across testing, analysis, inspection and demonstrationPlanning and executing T&E; activities, including test procedures, schedules and acceptance criteriaSupporting integration, qualification, acceptance and operational testingParticipating in platform trials and capability demonstrationsMaintaining requirements traceability and verification statusAnalysing test results and identifying deficiencies, risks and corrective actionsPreparing verification reports, compliance records and engineering assurance documentationSupporting SRR, PDR, CDR and TRR engineering reviewsEngaging with Defence, engineering, integration and project stakeholdersWhat you'll need to succeedTo be considered,



you will require:Current NV1 Security Clearance or higherA degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Science or a related technical disciplineExperience supporting Defence acquisition or sustainment programsExperience across V&V;, Systems Engineering, Integration, T&E; or Engineering AssuranceExperience developing verification plans, test procedures, verification matrices or requirements traceabilityExposure to integration, qualification, acceptance, operational testing or platform trialsExperience working with physical Defence platforms and systems, ideally maritime or landStrong systems engineering and lifecycle V&V; knowledgeExperience with DOORS, Jira, Confluence or similar engineering tools will be highly regarded.Please note: This role is focused on physical Defence capability, platform and mission-system integration and testing. Candidates whose experience is predominantly ICT, enterprise software or business systems testing are unlikely to align with the requirements.
