SRG Hospitality is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a cluster of venues in NSW, Sydney area. You’ll own guest experience, labour, cost control, compliance and leadership development across multiple sites, reporting to the F&B; Director.
You will drive consistency, coach venue managers, and ensure audit readiness while partnering with the Executive Chef to align front- and back-of-house operations. This is a high-responsibility role with growth potential within SRG’s expanding portfolio.
