FinXL Professional Services is a leading IT consultancy that partners with clients to bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities. Since 2003, we've been delivering high-value ICT services across government, finance, telecommunications, and enterprise sectors.

Responsibilities

- Deliver end-to-end enterprise ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions aligned with corporate HR strategy.
- Define engineering patterns, code standards, and platform governance across the delivery team.
- Drive the adoption of AI-driven capabilities and intelligent automation to streamline complex employee workflows.
- Design, build, and maintain robust, secure enterprise integrations using REST and SOAP web services.
- Partner with senior technology and HR leadership to translate complex business needs into scalable technical designs.





Key Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions, with deep expertise in HRSD.
- Solid technical experience engineering complex system integrations leveraging REST and SOAP protocols.
- Demonstrated exposure to incorporating AI tools and automated workflows to increase engineering and operational efficiency.
- Proven technical leadership experience, with the capability to influence technical roadmap and challenge traditional methodologies.
- In-depth understanding of enterprise architecture principles, security compliance, and data governance standards.
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills with a strong strategic mindset and problem-solving drive.
- 12 months contract with a Banking client.
- Hybrid working model with 3 fixed days/ week in the office in Sydney CBD.
