Compas Pty Ltd in Canberra is seeking a Lead Technical Business Analyst to drive an Identity & Access Management modernization. You will define requirements, identity processes and data flows, supporting up-to-date lifecycle, authentication, governance and SSO via Microsoft Entra ID.

Lead discovery across stakeholders, document current and future-state identity lifecycle and Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes, and support UAT, readiness and deployment with auditable analyses.
