Redicrete is seeking an experienced Plant Supervisor to lead daily operations of our Newcastle concrete plant, serving Newcastle, Port Stephens and the Central Coast. You will manage batching, dispatch, and driver coordination while upholding safety, quality and customer service standards.
The role requires a hands-on leader with knowledge of concrete production, licenses, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in operations. A company vehicle is provided and pre-employment checks apply.
