TUNRA Bulk Solids, a Newcastle-based, university-affiliated entity, seeks an Operations & Quality Manager to lead lab, workshop and support functions, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality outcomes. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive ISO accreditation, continuous improvement and business planning while developing teams and managing budgets.

This hands-on leader will combine people, process and quality in a research-driven workplace.
