Australian Venue Co. is seeking an experienced Venue Manager for Berserker Tavern, a high-volume, community-focused hospitality venue in Rockhampton. You will lead day-to-day operations, coach a multi‑unit management team, optimise labour and costs, and drive guest satisfaction.

You’ll build a positive team culture, develop people, and grow community engagement while ensuring compliance and delivering solid commercial results in a fast-paced environment.
