Access Aged Care is inviting expressions of interest from General Practitioners to provide on-site care within Residential Aged Care Homes across Perth’s northern metropolitan region, including Wanneroo and Joondalup.
This chance offers weekday hours only (9am–5pm) with no after-hours, weekends or on-call requirements. You will work with a consistent cohort of residents and be supported by a specialized nursing team and telehealth colleagues to ensure smooth, proactive care.
