Hunter Recent England Local Health District is hiring a Registered Nurse to join the Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation service at Glen Innes Community Health. The role involves assessments, six-minute walk tests, and leading small-group rehab sessions within a supportive team.

You will collaborate with a Physiotherapist and Chronic Disease Team to deliver coordinated, person-centred care and may support Inverell Community Health as required.
