First Choice Care is seeking an Early Morning Allocator to own the first hours of the day, handling sick calls and finding replacement nurses to cover shifts in healthcare facilities. This casual, work-from-home role runs Monday to Friday, 6:00am–10:00am Sydney time, with a focus on productive communication and rapid rostering.

You’ll need healthcare knowledge, strong decision-making, and the ability to work independently in the early hours.
