DNE Civil & Hire is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to drive growth by leading subdivision tender processes, pricing strategies, and pre-contracts development. You will work directly with the Director to shape pursuits across subdivisions, road infrastructure, and environmental civil projects.

You will bring a proven record of winning tenders, solid earthworks and civil construction knowledge, and the confidence to challenge assumptions and own the numbers.
