You will be a Wills & Estates lawyer who enjoys undertaking either litigious matters only; or focusing on the structuring aspects of asset protection and financial agreements.
Your new role
The personal planning experience that you have will include assisting with the establishment of charitable trusts and foundations to assist in giving back to the community/charitable causes in conjunction with personal estate planning.
The advantages to you will be being exposed to significant matters , and deciding whether you would like to focus on the litigious aspect or the structuring aspect only of wealth protection (you could also choose to be exposed to both).
