Aphex is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to lead all growth initiatives across paid, organic, digital and in-person channels. You will own the strategy, set the channel mix, and guide a hands-on team to ship campaigns, test quickly, and iterate based on data.
You’ll manage a $1M–$2M+ annual budget, coordinate across regions as Aphex expands into Europe and North America, and drive the growth engine with both artful storytelling and rigorous analytics.
