What Matters Agency is seeking a Social Media Manager to own all aspects of organic social across a diverse client portfolio. You will report to the Co-Founder and Accounts Director, setting strategy, standards, and processes beyond easy scheduling.
You will lead a team of in-house specialists and contractors, steer copy and creative, build scalable workflows, and partner with senior marketers to drive engagement, bookings and brand presence across Australia and the UK.
