About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Project Marketing Manager to join a well-established, privately owned Queensland property development group with a strong reputation and an exciting pipeline of residential apartment projects. Working closely with the Head of Development, you will take ownership of the marketing strategy and execution across residential developments, playing a pivotal role in how projects are positioned, launched and presented to market. This is an opportunity for a commercially minded and creative marketing professional who enjoys being involved throughout the entire development lifecycle, from initial project branding and strategy through to campaign delivery and sales.

The Role

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for residential apartment developments.
- Manage project branding, positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, signage and other relevant channels.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, websites, renders, display suites and sales materials.
- Work closely with internal development teams, external creative agencies and sales partners.
- Manage project marketing budgets, campaign timelines and supplier relationships.
- Coordinate project launches, sales events and promotional activities.
- Monitor campaign performance,



lead generation and market engagement.
- Conduct competitor and market research to ensure developments are effectively positioned.
- Maintain consistency across project branding and marketing communications.

About You

We are looking for an experienced marketing professional who understands the residential property market and can confidently manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

- Previous experience in project marketing within residential property development, ideally apartments.
- A strong understanding of residential property sales campaigns and buyer engagement.
- Experience managing creative agencies, digital campaigns and external suppliers.
- Strong project management, organisational and communication skills.
- A creative mindset balanced with commercial awareness.
- Confidence working directly with senior stakeholders and development teams.
- The ability to take ownership of campaigns from strategy through to execution.

Experience working directly for a property developer or within a specialist property marketing agency will be highly regarded.
