Are you adriven andmotivated supervisor looking tolead a team of high performing technicians whilstbuilding relationships with key clients, and bringingnew clients to the business?

What will you be doing?

- Mentor and support team in line withrevenue andprofit targets relevant to their teams.
- Form new or strengthen existingrelationships in the region withClients, Suppliers &Subcontractors
- Manage andoversee the budgets and P&L;
- Operate across bothtesting andrepair fire service staff
- Prepare monthlydepartmental strategy andfinancial reports reflecting short, medium and long term goals
- Focus on bringing in new work to the business and growing the Fire line in your region.

What do we need?

- Provenexperience in a reputedFire Services Management role withfinancial responsibility for a service department
- Strongmanagement andleadership ability at a technical level with the ability to develop, coach and mentor employees
- Construction and minor worksservice experience , includingestimating andproject delivery
- Highattention to detail withexcellent communication both written and verbal




- Experience in the Hard Technical Maintenance of Facilities Management industry would be an advantage
- Expertise in usingan Enterprise system
