The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join the team delivering a significant $100m project in Sydney CBD for a valued repeat client.

While we’re keeping the finer project details under wraps for now, this is an exciting chance to be part of a major CBD build and take real ownership across project coordination and delivery.

Working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team, you’ll play a key role across design coordination, procurement, construction, documentation and stakeholder management, helping keep the project moving and key deliverables on track.

Key responsibilities

- Take ownership of key packages and project deliverables
- Coordinate design, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
- Manage RFIs, shop drawings, approvals and project documentation
- Support procurement and subcontractor engagement




- Coordinate design and construction activities across the project
- Track programme milestones and key project deliverables
- Identify and proactively resolve design and construction issues
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders
- Support project meetings, reporting and delivery activities
- Work closely with the Project Manager and broader team to achieve programme, quality and project outcomes

About you

We're looking for someone who brings:

- Experience as a Senior Project Coordinator working acrosscommercial construction projects upwards of $70m
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects
- Residential, high-rise or complex CBD project experience highly regarded
- Strong design and subcontractor coordination experience
- Good understanding of construction methodology and project delivery
- Experience managing project packages from procurement through to completion
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
